Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Mikehousehold Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
